dining table spurs an office re-do

Thrift dining room table BEFORE

This table was high gloss and burgundy. I forgot to photograph it before I sanded it.

It’s from the same thrift shopping spree as the credenza and was only $60. All I needed was a large table that could seat 8 and had no leafs (leaves?) to insert. Leaf tables feel wobbly.

The old table ended up as the new office desk;

i used to squeeze guests around this desk to eat and they were too polite to complain

Which prompted an office re-paint and re-organize;

great grandmother's desk (could be a different distant relative)

My grandmothers old dresser got demoted to the office but I still love it. And the art is unfinished, so don't start judging
